August 1985 Taiyo Logistics Service Co., Ltd. established. (100% owned by Taiyo Kogyo Corporation)
Business started in Kashima / Yokohama.
May 1986 Shiga Container Service Co., Ltd.'s new factory completed. Collection center established in current Konan City.
November 1988 Chubu Container Service Co., Ltd.'s new factory completed. Collection center established in Nagoya.
December 1989 Chiba Container Service Co., Ltd.'s No.2 Factory completed. Collection center established in Chiba.
January 1990 Kanto Container Service Co., Ltd.'s Kashima No.3 Factory completed.
June 1990 Mizushima Container Service Co., Ltd.'s new Head Office factory completed. Collection center established in Mizushima.
October 1992 Oita Container Service Co., Ltd.'s new factory completed. Collection center established in Oita.
July 1993 Changed name to TDS Corporation. Head Office relocated from Tokyo to Osaka at the same time.
October 1999 Washed container bag temporary keeping facility completed at Chiba Container Service Co., Ltd.
April 2000 Kanto Container Service Co., Ltd. and Chiba Container Service Co., Ltd. merged under the company name East Japan Container Service Co., Ltd.
April 2001 Shiga Container Service Co., Ltd. and Chubu Container Service Co., Ltd. merged under the company name Central Japan Container Service Co., Ltd.
November 2002 ISO9001:2000 acquired by the TDS Group.
November 2004 Construction of Osaka Container Service Co., Ltd.'s Rinku Factory (relocated from Ibaraki).
October 2005 Central Japan Container Service Co., Ltd.'s Shiga Factory closed. Head Office functions relocated to Chubu Factory.
September 2006 Changed Japanese name (changed Katakana notation to "TDS")
October 2006 Central Japan Container Service Co., Ltd.'s new Ichinomiya factory started operation.
Oita Container Service Co., Ltd. closed.
